FlowJo 8.8.7 でのコンペンセーションの方法

高価なソフトで、基本的にはブログの意図からはズレるのですが、 需要に対する日本語の記載が少ないので、ごく簡単に書きます。
不親切な記載かもしれませんが、ご容赦下さい。

まず、fcs 形式は、3 でデータ保存されることを推奨します。

(1) CompMatrix を取得する
Platform > Compensate Sample... > Edit/save matrix... を選択します。
"Choose..." のプルダウンを Acquisiton-defined にして "Create" します。 Edit Compensation Matrix ウインドウが開いたら "Done" します。

(2) CompMatrix を適応する。
CompMatrix のコンペンセーションを適応したいサンプルを workspace で選択します。 もし、ここで、すべてのサンプルに適応したい場合は、workspace 最上段の All Samples を選択します。
Platform > Compensate Groups... (Compensate Sample...) > CompMatrix (一番下にあります) を選択します。そして、確認が出ますから、適応して下さい。

(3) CompMatrix を修正する。
Platform > Compensate Sample... > Edit/save matrix... を選択します。 Edit Compensation Matrix ウインドウが開いたらコンペンセーションを調整し、"Done" します。これで、コンペンセーションを修正できます。 CompMatrix は一応、保存しておくことをお薦めします。
